The Graduate Recruitment Programme provides companies with the opportunity to engage directly with students throughout the year, offering unlimited access to campus for recruitment activities. Please note: This package excludes participation in career fairs.

 

Package Includes:

• On-Campus Activities:
  • Lunch-hour presentations (audio-visual equipment provided).
  • Venue hire for interviews and assessments.
  • Refreshments for up to 2 people during interviews.
• Marketing and Advertising:
  • Targeted email campaigns.
  • Job board postings.
  • Promotions on our social media platforms and website.
  • Distribution of your posters across campus.
  • A featured listing in the Graduate Recruitment Handbook.

Venue Hire  - R750

We offer on-campus venues for companies to conduct interviews and assessments.

Package Includes:

• Refreshments for up to two people.
• Venue bookings must be made at least two weeks prior to the assessment date.

 

Advertising in Graduate Recruitment Handbook

Promote your brand in our annual Graduate Recruitment Programme publication.

Advertising Rates (A5 Full Colour):

• Outside Back Cover: R10,000
• Inside Front Cover: R7,000
• Inside Back Cover: R7,000
• Full Page: R5,000

Invoicing and Payment:

• Invoices will be issued within 10 working days after submission of a registration form.
• Cancellation policies apply once bookings are confirmed.

Note: Fees are final and non-refundable once an invoice has been issued. No changes will be accommodated after submission.

Important: Companies that confirm their bookings by 30 May 2026 will be listed in our Graduate Recruitment Programme booklet at no additional cost.
